Ashley Danna
Born and raised in Seminole, Florida, Ashley proudly calls the Tampa Bay area home and currently resides in Harbor Hills, just minutes from The Shop Real Estate Co.’s Belleair headquarters.
Ashley attended St. Petersburg College before earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. Her educational background provided a strong foundation in organization, technology, project management, and problem-solving—skills that have become invaluable throughout her real estate career.
Following graduation, Ashley joined the American Board of General Dentistry, where she coordinated administrative operations and helped facilitate both the written and oral national board examinations. The position demanded exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and organizational skills, all of which continue to define her approach today.
Ashley joined The Shop Real Estate Co. in 2014 and has become an integral part of the company’s leadership team. As Director of Communications and a licensed REALTOR®, she oversees many of the brokerage’s day-to-day operations while ensuring every transaction is handled with precision, efficiency, and exceptional client care.
Over the course of her career, Ashley has played an integral role in more than 7,500 successful real estate transactions, helping thousands of buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate one of life’s most important financial decisions. Her extensive experience has made her a seasoned real estate professional with a deep understanding of contracts, negotiations, transaction management, and the countless details that ensure a successful closing.
Her expertise includes contract preparation, transaction coordination, homeowner and condominium association research, compliance management, client communication, and operational support for agents throughout the brokerage. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, responsiveness, and calm demeanor under pressure, Ashley is a trusted resource for both clients and fellow agents. Her proactive approach and commitment to excellence help create a seamless experience from the initial consultation through closing day.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time boating with family and friends, relaxing on Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle at the gym.
