The right brokerage should do more than hold your license. It should help you build the business—and the reputation—you want. At The Shop Real Estate Co., we believe successful agents deserve experienced leadership, modern marketing, real support, and the freedom to build their own brand. We’re independent by choice and boutique by design. That means fewer layers, more collaboration, quicker decisions, and a team that actually shows up when you need it. Behind that boutique approach is more than 20 years of experience, 8,000+ closed transactions and more than $2 billion in real estate volume. We’re growing—and we’re interested in talking with agents who are serious about where they want to take their business next. No hard sell. No corporate recruiting pitch. Just a conversation.
